Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer errors such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Preference of color, design, or fit

Please review the size charts and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or printing issue

Photo verification is required so we can document the issue with our print partner.

Once verified, we will provide either a replacement item or a refund, depending on the situation. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.

Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
